This email is about the Team Roster Verification form that is due at Conference Championships.
This form is very simple and is basically to confirm that your club is in good standing with the university. While the eligibility letter deals with the individual, the team roster verification is for mainly checking the status of the club as a whole with the school.
The form is designed to be signed by the director of recreational sports. If that is not the appropriate person to sign this form, then simply cross that out and put the title of the correct person. For example, "Dean of Students" "Director of Club Sports" "Director of Student Activities" etc.
This form is due at your respective CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS.
If there are any questions, please feel free to reach out to Jim Grabowski and Dan Pabst who are your conference chairman and will be the ones checking the form at the conference championships.
The only other thing you will need for Conference is the team and individual dues for MCWSA and NCWSA. Those will be outlined in the week 3 email.
