To get started, you will need to sign onto the USA Water Ski Member's Only area -- the Member Login link is located at the upper right corner of the USA Water Ski home page. Be sure you sign in using your personal Membership number, not a club membership number. Once you've signed on there, you will now find a new Collegiate Registration menu item, in the middle of the Left Navigation menu area. When you click this item, it will expand and offer you a number of additional items. What you should select first is the Team Captain's Tools entry.
Before going any further, I would then ask you to click the Instructions button that you will find near the top of that display, and then look over the instructions material that will bring up in a separate browser window. At least read through the Overview section, and get familiar with the way this instruction guide resource is organized, since you may need to come back for particular detail areas later.
All of the members of your team should show in the roster as long as they have scores posted for you team, any new member that you have that do not have any scores will need to be added to your roster to be able to put them in your rotation. Please make sure that everyone that you have on your roster also has a valid email address on file in the system as that will be how they will execute their waiver. The email addresses will show in a pop-up window when you put your mouse pointer on each skier's name. Once you are sure that everyone that you will be having ski for you in in your Team Roster, then you can click on ROTATION PLANS to begin your registration for a specific tournament. This will bring up a list of current tournaments that are active. For example anyone that is going to MO State would need to click on the icon on the right column of that tournament to begin building their team. This will bring up all current members of your roster and you can choose from the drop down the slot that you would like to put each skier. The system has also made it very easy for you to see if anyone does not have up to date USA Waterski Insurance or an email on file. You will not be able to add them to your team for that tournament until they have that updated.
Once you have chosen the spot for each skier in the rotation you will click validate plan, and that will analyze your plan and identify any issues or problems that might arise, such as two people in the same position or not having a position filled. If your plan is found to be acceptable, and you're happy with it, then you will click submit plan, and that will actually submit it for the tournament. When you submit your plan that will also send out an email to each of your skiers, advising that they will need to do the electronic waiver. Please make sure that you are informing your team mates that this will be coming and to check their email as soon as you have completed your roster.
