From the Chairwoman - Christy Kingsmill
- GP Team captains if your team has a boat that has zero off that you would be able to bring to conference to use to help only with tricks, so very little hours, site will pay for travel gas and waive team fee. This will really help with us making sure the tournament gets done on time, please contact Jeff Surdej at

ASAP if you are able to help!
- Make sure that you have checked your eligibility letter with one of the conference chairman, myself or Jim so that you do not need to worry about it not being correct on site! No one of us wants to be the bad guy but if your letter is not correct, we are not able to allow you to ski!
- GP teams if you are bringing an RV please let Jeff Surdej know ASAP and what time you will be there so that we can prepare on site.
- Every site that you go to make sure that you are cleaning up after your team and making your area look just as it did when you got there. Have some team mates clean up every morning and throughout the day as well.
- It takes a lot of work for a site to host a tournament and one way that we can all make sure that we are keeping this sites wanting to host collegiate tournaments is to make sure that we are taking advantage of everything that they are putting forth for your teams. This includes concessions, T-shirt sales, and the site as a whole. These are things that a site does not have to do and if they are not used, they might not always be there. Being able to eat on site is a great perk that we don't want to loose at any tournament that offers it. If your parents are planning on bringing food for your team, maybe try to have them bring snacks or ask them if they would get you something from concessions, or have them bring something for dinner.
- If you are faxing in your verifications to the tournament directors, please note that this will not be something that will be checked thoroughly until you are on site and you still need to bring the ORIGINAL letter with you as it will be checked again by your conference chairman. If you would like to see if your letter has all of the qualifications again please email to your chairman, myself, or Jim.
- Another reminder that as the captain of your team you are responsible for ANYONE that you bring to the tournament. Please make sure that you know who you are bringing and that they are all aware of the rules that have been set forth by the MCWSA, NCWSA, and the host site. Anything that one member of your team, someone's friend on your team, or a group from your team can affect your ENTIRE team. We never want to have to take disciplinary action with anyone, but the rules are there to make sure that everyone is safe, so please do not put us in a position to have to.
- Everyone travel safe this weekend, Good Luck, and most importantly HAVE FUN!
