This is a quick note/reminder of dues for the fall season for both the NCWSA and the MCWSA and both need to be paid at Conference. There will be a treasurer at the Great Lakes Conference and at the Great Plaines Conference to collect.
What they need from you is: $30 for the MCWSA team fee. This is paid by all teams regardless of size with the exception of first year teams.
$30 for the NCWSA team fee and $5 per skier that has skied for your school. Regardless of A-Team, B-Team, one weekend or every weekend. If the individual has a score in the score book from a collegiate tournament, its $5.
Each School will have one envelope for all the fees that is given to the treasurer Friday night. And fees can be combined into one check written to the MCWSA and then a check from the MCWSA to the NCWSA will be written on your behalf. If a check is used, make sure you the school is written on there somewhere as well as whats included in it. Does it cover just the MCWSA? just the NCWSA? just the $5 indivudal fee? etc.
We want to make it as wasy as possible for all your team members so we can take as many checks and cash as need be as long as its clearly marked. But you may also combine all the fees into one big check made out to the MCWSA and we will divide it accordingly.
So again, Each School/Team will have one envelope for all fees. Make sure if multiple forms of payment are coming in, everything is labled very well. If you need to split the NCWSA check up from the MCWSA check for school funding purposes, no problem, just label what its for and what school.
